We liked most about it was the location. It's just right next to Wembley Park Tube station and very close to Indian restaurants. The main highlight of this hotel is the staff. Very professional, empathic, and caring. I have got a chance to interact with a few of them daily for our needs. Christina, Maybel, Mr. Wadhwa, and another front desk lady. Their hospitality, one should experience it. I highly recommend this hotel. we came from the US to London by an early morning flight on the day of our stay, and the check-in was supposed to be 3pm. But Christina was able to accommodate us in the lobby and allowed us to keep our luggage in the clock room and check in to a room by 10.30 am. We were so worried about our stay in London as it is our first trip to the UK. But, the staff and the location never made us feel that we are out of our country. even the tube station staff were so helpful in giving directions and helped us to buy the tickets and how to reach our destinations.. The nearby Boxpark place is à nice place to hang out, and Spice Shack is a nice Indian fast food center.The hotel is safe place to stay. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job, and our room was kept very clean daily. Kept the dishes clean every day. We will definitely look forward to staying in the future. Words are less to praise our stay at this Hotel..

We came to this Hotel last year for a Harry Styles concert and vowed we would book this one again if we ever had the chance to go to Wembley again. Well we did have that opportunity given to us and was delighted when I found that Harry had released extra tickets for night 4 and you had a few available rooms. I liked the fact that I was allowed to check in early and not have to wait 40 minutes like last year. When you travel a long way it is appreciated. The room was lovely and the air con was a bonus because it was so hot that day. There was fresh water in the fridge and coffee available. Beds are huge and so comfy. The rooms are spotless. The staff are amazing on check in and when returning from the concert, due to the large crowds they kept the area safe and only allowed people in the designated area who had a key card. I love the midday checkout so we can sleep in. We have booked again so see you again in March 2024. Sorry for the feather boa mess in our room we tried to clean up as best we could. The stadium and arena is just a 5 minute walk and there is plenty of shops available. We found a lidl just round the corner so was able to buy fruit and snacks. When you get off the tube the Hotel is just a few minutes walk .

Very close walking distance to the 02 Wimbley Arena for the concert we went to London to see. A Costa Coffee right out the door to your left. A corner store right past the coffee shop. The discount mall wasn't far past the arena! The restaurant breakfast was great--so many choices! They have a huge picture window to look out onto the 'walking only' street running in front of the hotel--it's almost like sitting outside. The staff was so accommodating. I would definitely stay again! (Oh, and from the lobby, you can see a McDonalds--about a 2 minute walk) Guests with children or just wanting a late night snack may be interested in this!)

The property was clean and spacious, amazing location for Wembley Stadium and Wembley arena. We had a view of the stadium from our window which my son loved. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and when I mentioned it was my sons birthday, they provided us with a complimentary drink each and a very large slice of cake for my son, along with a birthday card. I was very grateful that they had made such a special effort for him. I also suffer with health conditions, which I had informed them of before our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met, including moving us to stay in a different room which was more suitable.
